A friend also had the same, Unsure why it's picked up as a trojan but I recommend you de-activate your anti-virus during installation. You can re-activate it after.
By the way, FLMM might stop responding during Activation but it is still doing it, just have to be patient the mod is 1.3GB.
yes, few antiviruses takes some normal files like Possible trojans... but there's nothing more than the CF's security and we all are playing it now... so it's no danger, you can place CF.exe in the safe list for the antivirus so you don't need to deactivate it.
And enjoy the biggest and best mod ever
