You cannot download a mod that is not yet present and available for download. All you can do is to download the current version CF 1.7. The download can be found on the portal page in the download block on the right side. Its the first link.

the MOD CF 1.8 is not still feasible?? everybody speaks about it therefore I thought that one can download it of a manner has play over already!....

We are going to release the beta within a few weeks. So yes everyone speaks about it - and all are awaiting the final release. Until this point is reached all need to pay some more patience. Meanwhile i would really recommend to give the current version a try - because that will enlighten you to step in CF1.8 then.
