some criticism (not to be offensive or nuthing =P)
if your looking for newbies (noobs) i dont think a player who just got on the server (give or take 2-3 weeks) is going to acquire 400+ kills...especially if they are completely new to MP
alot of newbs dont know how to get to sol
how many new people do you think read the "readme" when they installed the mod? this pertains to the situtation of recruiting because the readme has the story from 1.1->some of 1.8

Thx for your critic but this is how i see it :
I took me only 2 weeks to meet these requirements and it is not hard to read the storyline as well. Anyway, the note at the bottom of the reqs says that if the reqs are not met, pilots might join as a recruit for training
That way, experienced pilots can help us teach recruits and fullfil our goals and new players might come to learn with us. The SA clan is meant to be helpful and opened to thoses who wish to embark on the crossfire adventure. Note that this doesn't mean we take anyone : I still control recruitment to avoid newbs making mess in my clan and on the server.

Hi Arrow and Welcome to CF.
PortalEarth was giving out a good tip, not meant to be offensive - but just don´t tag your pilots to fast. Any further advise needed, just press the PM Button of Portals or my post we will explain it.
