You might start with the Freelancer downloads section on the SWAT Portal mainpage... 
Some, if not all the FL sounds are available there. -
Ähm, the music from freelancer is mostly on your hard drive - or am i wrong?

and here-->Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\DATA\AUDIO\MIXES
