Server Wanted

I have a problem with my mod: FL:EU doesn't have a server. Yeah, this is true. I need a 24/7 server for Freelancer: Expanded Universe. If you live in US or Europe and have a fast computer with a fast internet connection, please post here offering your help

I can't use my computer for two reasons:
-It is old (a 2005 computer; AMD Sempron 1.66 Mhz, 256 MB RAM, Video Card ATI Radeon 7000 64 MB, HD Samsung 40 GB);
-It has a dial-up connection (yeah, this thing still exists). Then I can only connect at the weekends, as this is VERY expensive to use in the workdays, and my mother doesn't wants to buy a faster connection -.-

My friends in my city/state can't help because:
-The South American ISPs are slow. The friend with the fastest connection has a computer with a HD of 80 GB, 512 RAM and 1 Megabyte of connection, but he has brothers, and they also use the machine, and also the machine isn't on 24/7...
-The friend with the fastest computer has a notebook HP Pavillion DV6000z, search in Google to see the machine specs. He has a 600 Kbps connection and also he doesn't use the machine 24/7.
-The other ppl doesn't wants to help -.-

I need at least a temp server to test mp compatibility later... I can't do nothing MP here, and my mother doesn't think a better connection is needed 4 me. Later if ppl likes FL:EU we'll get a 24/7 in Europe, but only later, when I post the screenshots and release some betas...

LAN is somewhat hard to set up (get another machine), but with the time I think I can find a solution for the mp capability tests... I guess

localhost... I've heard a bit about it, then this means I can in some way emulate a connection, but I'm offline and I'm testing the mod in MP with a temp server w/ 1 computer?

then it's possible to test without connecting on the internet?

i need firstly to fix somethings in my mod, then i'll test it in mp. (first solve the CTDs)

more news... i tried to create a server without being connected w/ the i-net but...

well, i created it and when i logged on the other computer account, started FL and loaded the lan server list, nothing appeared. the same applies with the i-net list... funny...

ty blaster, i'll use it, but more later (when i finish some bugs, ya know ^^).

of course i started flserver.exe, i'm not *that* noob

the notebook, well, my neighbor traded it for a PC.

i use only the xp sp2, without other firewalls; then i need to open an exception in the windows firewall for flserver?
