Hardpoint type/class names

This is a pretty simple question. I noticed in crossfire the class 8 freighter shield hardpoint had been renamed license. How do you do that? Where are the names for the hardpoint types stored?

Well, using fled ids I've searched through InfoCards, NameResources, MiscText, EquipResources, OfferBribeResources, and MiscTextInfo2, and found nothing. what other dll's should I be looking in?
