  • What I dont really get is how this is even possible. Putting aside the pyramid themes vex buildings... but during the Cabal invasion Mercury was destroyed. Only tiny fragments of the planet remained. And even if someone or something tries terraforming... the close proximity to the sun would burn everything instantly.

    • I also cant understand the logic of bring in a DLC that takes place on Mercury. Also because it more or less was destroyed through the first story by the Almighty (you can barely see it in the screen --> floating fork). But maybe the Vex were so strong and powerful to enable terraforming there...

    • In the black/white cut scene that started the DLC story the fragments of the planet somehow magically were put together by something. But even so... how can it be that buildings and all the structures remain intact. Makes no sense to me.

    • ... because of terraforming process the Vex are capable to make it happen. Its hard to understand there are even plants and an athmosphere on mercury - strange and hard to crasp, but Vex make it possible. I guess thats also the reason why Osiris is fighting Pananoptis inside the everfrost.

    • The way I understood it from the DLC, Mercury was terraformed by the Traveler and then later the vex arrived. Which makes sense because Vex have absolutely no interest in creating plants. They dont even need terraforming at all since they dont need an atmosphere, right? Or maybe they need it dunno... afterall the Vex are not 100% machines. The Vex are actually just that strange white fluid.
