Capship Encounters 1.3

FlyByU's Capship Encounters for Aduis Server. If you want to see Capships, you have to get away from the planets and stations along the trade lanes. Capships no longer have weak hulls, but well armored hulls like a capship should.
This is what my style of Capship Encounters does.
