I actually have the same issue, it's a fresh install of CF and all, and no antivirus to check and mess with the signal, but maybe some permission issues ? Idk I will try look into it. Pings to any place have no loss, no fluct, but when in game I have Fluct around 12 but loss always 10%. And ping 170 instead of 50 or so. First time I saw it was when your EM char got banned. But that was also the first time I was on the server these few months It's a constant issue, was never better. Even if it's 2% loss, it's unacceptable for how the game works, I can get my account corrupted and/or banned like this lol It could probably be related with your EM char autoban. But nobody I asked online had any Loss, so I'm assuming it's something related with CF permissions on my PC or filters or something.

Your pic link is broken. Anyway your ISP doesn't handle that stuff I think so I got no idea how to change it except proxies which would lag it even more... maybe. lol Better a higher ping than even up to 20% data loss.
