dunno about the trigger... the more serious and initial problem is that lights are no equipment and therefore can not be bought if you can not mount/buy them then the question about how to activate them is somewhat useless

for sure the lagg will get a re-work (if it didnt get it already - I cant remember if I already did this but only need to have a look at the changelog) so the other ships automatically will get better

i was thinking to add the voice stuff for the bases already in CF1.8

sure there is a way to improve mining... if its really requested i can work on it the licence - voice combination might not be possible... but on the other side i have not done any tries yet(i dont have much experience with that voice stuff at all)
