i think it needs to be a server rule that all chars must have a license... be it pirate, merc, police, military or whatever... the license slot should have to be filled so we know the intentions of the player.

wavey, the idea behind the fine or die isnt really what it sounds like. its when we catch someone with illegal cargo they have 3 options: 1. Pay a fine in respect to their level and how much they are carrying - if the fine is paid then the smuggler is allow to go on about their illegal business - if the fine is paid CFPD will no interfere with the smugglers business for 1 full hour 2. drop all the illegal cargo and leave the system - Upon dropping the cargo CFPD may confinscate it or just blow …
