Trying to set up another Computer did all the requirements, I even formatted the whole computer but error still comes up as "This application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" After we have downloaded so many times and re-installed it so many times. Any help please?

Now I have a new Error, Instead of going MSVCP100.dll, it goes to MSVCR100.dll. We have tried every possible way to get it to run, inculding wiping the whole OS out, Downloading the C++ thingimajig, and running Ccleaner continually But it just won't budge. The OS is Windows XP home edition btw, in case its too "Old" or something like that
