the palm should be more effective - as the leverage is much bigger the further ahead you press the buttons and its more healthy as it correlates more with the nature hand position...
nah palm grip is actually pretty awkward... I couldn't play an FPS like that, I can aim A LOT better with the claw grip
same with CF. I am more efficient evading/aiming using the claw grip than the palm grip

nah tried the G500... I hate the buttons on the side. I don't have a feeling at all for those. The mx518 offers much better and precise sidebuttons

uhm I started playing two days ago and it is definitely worth playing
the excellent critique and ratings of pretty much all the major PC magazines/news websites (Metacritic, IGN, Gamestar, PC Gamer UK etc.) speak for themselves
no overhyping, it deserves its current reputation
