    The old docking sequence was much faster and much nicer than the new ugly slow one


    EDIT: forgot to mention it's also very clumsy now, my train often positions itself facing the planet when it undocks I have to spend a minute to turn in around ^^

    maybe young freelancer merc's realised they couldn't deal with so many PX bounty hunters stored in every 2nd system - no way 1 fighter can outrun 10s of positioned player chars^^

    But I believe the main reason is that there are always the most players actually in game and playing... remember how DC was recruiting while they were very active in the last months of 1.7

    I have almost the same laptop (N71JA series), with the same wireless options and it works just fine... better contact the manufacturer, I doubt you'll get an answer here

    But I'm curious though... why are you screwed without your wireless...
    I'm guessing you have standard ASUS Lion 4400mAh 6-cell battery, lasts only about 2 hours multitasking, so even if it is a portable computer it still spends most of the time plugged onto an ethernet cable (or at least plugged in an outlet, and if there's an outlet around, there's usually an ethernet port around as well). I don't see why you're so screwed even if all this were true.


    1 more thing: When I was talking about my HD 5730 card on my laptop you said "You also have that card?", but you have an N61JV series laptop... they don't have that card, they have GF cards (325m/330m/335m), were you lying? I won't judge you, I just want to see if my ability of recognising lies still works ;)

    Hello, if i may give your a useful piece of information (putting all the HIs and :Ds behind as that's irrelevant)


    this forum has a very large download base as well as a great number of at least forum active ppl always ready to answer problems with your game(play) - a highly active admin!


    and, since youre from USA you mind not find as many players as there are online when it's not too early or too late looking at European time (majority of players are from Europe)
    if you dislike this fact you might want to try to adjust your playing time during the day and see how that goes
