had u uninstalled CF b4 installing FL?
if u had not, then this might be the reason.
i don't really know how this can happen but what i think is:
CF is in your registry/HDD and it is designed to be embedded into FL and is it is only able to change the icon therefore it did that.
if CF was not there after u istalled FL then something may have been left behind
