I need some advice.
I made a couple videos with fraps. But they have a huge size in avi. I used Windows movie maker to convert to .wma but the size is still huge.
I tryed to convert to flv but the quality was simply horrible.

Anyone can give me some advices?

Maybe we could have this by giving out own awards that are comparable with each clan or freelancer - because they are SWAT driven and not each clan for its own. That would attract those who do something for the stats.

We need to have valuable benefits for the clans for their effort on the server - financial (in game) money as well as we have to take away a lot if there are failures. Such that doing well is more attractive than to do bad ;O
Maybe special items for clans if they have reached a specific aim. Maybe that would attract newbies to join clans to also get advantage of this.

Currently i think you have no benefits joining a clan or not doing so. The ASF/CSF roleplay is not held open and with the proper forum attention. And if - it ends up in quarrels and accusations. Nearly every clan tries to get as many alliances - i do think that helps not to enforce RP properly. If every clan is in friendship with each other what could drive them crazy to break an alliance? Nothing. The minority is interested to cause trouble to others.

Well not only greece has that kind of problems in Europe ... Ireland also needed to borrow money and Portugal too. 120 bilions to grece 75 bilions to Ireland and 60 mil to portugal.
Spain is almost in the same situation and there are rumours they need around 500 bilions...
Europe is falling and who pays the build? Germany?? We all know you are the financial heart of Europe and i agree you guys should not pay the corruption that exist in banks and speculation of markets.
My country (portugal) already made 4 packs to reduce debts but the international tax of borrow money is bigger than 10% for 10 years. Our goverment doesnt know where to get more money from tax and minimum wage is around 500 € for over 75% of population. So tell me how can we survive???
USA has no money, China Economical grows is slowing down, spain is almost bankrupted... not hard to guess a new Financial crisis is near. First Europe , then America an finaly asia....

i like the concept. how it will be measure the supply to nearby systems with npcs?
Another interesting thing is the fact some base will be hostile due the licences... so not all factions on same system systems will conquered.
This will make people trade and spent more time online. with trades there will be pirates and cops and jobs for mercs

Will mercs maintain the neutral status with all factions and have a few where they are allies?
Can we mess the rep with licences mounted when we kill an allied npc, for example a cop killing cop npc faction?

With all types of RP in ASF/CSF sometimes to defend systems will be hard since not all will be able to dock. Maybe a single char with only a ASF or CSF licence can fix this.

In shatered worlds all factions Licences have a hook command to put any player unfrienly with that faction.
For example i am hired by pirates to kill cops, cops can make me unfriendly with cop factions... since i am siding with criminals, and lift the unfriendly status in the next hour, day or week...
just a few ideias...
