I was there when this "Stephen" was banned. Camping in DV to exploit the disk was the reason we stopped him, then he ran to Crossfire where he got banned.

As for the Death Valley deletion, no. It is vital for the CF story, the problem is the 9 million for the disk. It is a quick urgent start-up cash. And anyone who spawns there after a reboot is a suspect

He was also camping at Death Valley to collect disks after crashes and reboots on multiple characters, which OP ordered the SP's to put a stop to, and when he refused to stop he was banned. Why it hasnt been overturned I dunno why, perhaps because OP said to keep it that way.
