As far as I know the game has to be played with the available settings provided by the game itself.
If there is no supportive setting for "newer" screens, wait until its implemented (if its going to be done), so everyone has the same "default" options available without having to install/enable something additional.
I personally use a widescreen monitor and I did not need to change any setup. My screen automaticly adjusted the display setting of the game without my doing. So I have full screen without any bars on the side or displaced pictures. In fact, messing with the screen settings in the game does mess up my picture 
So I rather stay with the default settings than getting screwed afterwards.
Nice to see you "fighting" for it.
However. It is one thing to be mean and agressive as player in your role (in general) but its a whole different story to be insultive, offending and hateful. Not saying that particular you have been that way.
Another thing is, who the heck is "responsible" for public announcements made in the name of BLK_OPS as clan ?

Pirate:
you see any vessel around and/or nearby flown by a police man -> rob them and then play mean and kill on sight
you see any vessel around and/or nearby flown by any other faction/rp -> rob them
Police:
you see any vessel around and/or nearby flown by a pirate -> fine them and then play mean/nice cop and kill on sight
you see any vessel around and/or nearby flown by other factions or rp -> fine them for some nice reasons (use your intelligence)
Mercenary:
you see any vessel around and/or nearby -> offer your services so the other can not reject it (use your intelligence to be successfull)
Smuggler:
you see any vessel around and/or nearby -> run like hell, tell the appropriate faction that the opposit is nearby (cop - pirate) and/or inform mercenaries that possible employers are flying around or hire them to protect/escort you
Does anyone see any reason that those things can not be accomplished WITHOUT complains? I don't.

hi all im relly **** of LP clan are not real pirates all they do is talk the talk and no fighting licking the cops *** this sever needs some pirates that can play the role of a dam pirate i and the blk ops clan feel like the only pirate clan on the sever that plays and kills and try to get the pirates going what to LP AND SMG do nothing we never see them on line guys where are u in fairy land get on here and do your dam PR some good stop being fluffy clods in space your ment to bee bad ass pirates but sissy firys

Sounds like someone says SMG is never online. comming from a player who is what 2 weeks online? 
Ever considered that people do also have other obligations to comply and maybe also some real life stuff going on?

please do not start another "who is doing what RP and who is not doing any RP"-thread!
Private Bounties/Contracts are NOT allowed.
If you want to offer a special contract to someone, make it public so everyone can see it. And in some cases it can even increase the RP because the victim gets a victim himself or at least something/someone he can look after, in order to place a "payback".
Finally start using your brain before you start complaining about others.
Pirates will always cry about cops so will cops always cry about pirates. It's a loophole since no one can really "stand" each other. (meaning of natural enemy)
Mercenaries could (if being smart enough) get the most profit out of it. And while pirates, cops and mercs are busy with themself, the smugglers being left on the whole situation could finally go ahead minding their business without even being bothered by anyone of the others.

The main chat room (accessable for all) is the one you will always join first, when connecting to the chat.
You need to make sure that java is installed properly, in order for the chat to work.
cheating ?? on that games??
first prove any cheats, then assume someone has cheated. but dont even start wild accusation of cheating, because you might not reach the others points .
whoever has need of it.. omg .. some can't sink any deeper.
