Cop-RP

• can get contracted by other players, for any job they agree to.
• can hire other mercenaries to get a job done
• being hired for pirate action, the mercenary might get treated as pirate themself for the duration of the contract, when being spotted by a cop performing this action
• being hired for police action, the mercenary might get treated as a cop themself for the duration of the contract, when being spotted by a pirate performing this action
• can NOT collect public bounties which are being placed by the same person (eg. A sets bounty on B and then wants to hunt B for the bounty)
• can place public bounties on any other player (depending on the victims level)

Smuggler-RP

• can trade Black Market goods (BMG - illegal) Which might be more risky than regular trades but also pays better than regular trades
• can get not engage others
• can hire mercenaries to do whatever job the mercenarie is agreeing to
• can place public bounties on any player (depending on the victims level)

Trading regular commodities (which is not listed as BMG eg. Water, Diamonds, H-Fuel, ect.) is of course allowed to anyone, regardless the chosen role.

There COULD be some situations when you enter a clan-owned system (which you recognize at a little tag right after the entrance)
Clans can make up their own rules, only valid within their system.
So it could happen, that you might get shot on sight even from a mercenary when entering their clan system without permission or prior denial. Just so you know.
Clan system rules you can find here. also telling which system they own.

Every pilot is allowed to defend themself in any situation.
I'm sure I did not post every single possibility since its also up to your own mind how you play the role you chose
As cop you could also charge others for speeding, or having a broken tale light, or whatever you can make up and depending on the situation, as long its not turning into harassment.

Just make sure you do have the apropriate license mounted when intending to perform certain action.
eg. taxing other pilots ONLY with a mounted pirate license.
Trying to collect public bounties ONLY with a mounted mercenary license (check with "/bounty" when being on the server, to see if there is one available)
Smuggling BMG and/or other as illegal declared goods (such as cardamine) ONLY with a mounted smugglers license

There are just two main things.

Michael got challenged a lot of times already.
He refused, he ran, he brougth up excuses so he did not have to fight.

Easy solution to fix that "ego-problem" of you Michael. (no offense)

If you get challenged by anyone. then either accept or deny. But do it in public and stand to what you do.

1st, You doing it in public - people may believe your words again at one time in the future. Because you show that you dont have anything to hide.
2nd, You do it privatly via PM or othewise - people won't believe anything you tell, because when it comes to rock bottom you disappear and try to solve things hidden.

Since you tell in public that you beat so many peoples butt and you are soo good in pvp that you can fight everyone (maybe blind folded any only with one hand) then don't hide when people want to see/feel how "good" you are.
Bragging about something is not worth a dime, when there is no prove of it available.
Get what I mean?

At least Im playing with facts. Unlike you.. rofl

ps: dont forget to vote at least 3 or 4 other people on here. otherwise you can not give me another negative reputation if you dont have any more excuses...

All you get will be excuses. When it hits rock bottom, he runs like hell, or simply logs off, or switches to other chars, all of it with "plausible" reasons of course.
When it comes to fight, I (personally) think he is nothing but a counterfeiting person.

I assume TDM is being battled on the forum now (at least for you)

Michael, since the whole thread was pointed at challenges on the server, I probably mistakenly assumed that even you would understand that my post was related to the challenges on the server as well.

If you are as good as you always want others to believe, then face those who want to challenge you one by one, without any backup help or side attacks.

Sorry, I forgot, you prefer to challenge new players yourself. Just for the stats of course.

All I got was "I got to go", "got no fighter ready", "my PC is crap so I cant fight", "have no time" or he simply didn't even respond.

This is not the first time M finds excuses to not have to prove his "I'm better than everyone"-coat
