If your looking for a good defrag program, and can afford a legal version of it, get Diskeeper, thats currently the best one ive ever used, and it doesnt take hours like most progs, on top of that it uses a technology that lets it defrag only when your not using it, so you'll never even know its there. If you cant afford it, then, well, one word.....torrents.

Nice, I like FAP, its a new one, XD. As long as its anything help and support related thats easy to find, that would be a huge help to those that need the help, but doesnt want to take the time to register just to ask a question, get an answer, and then never get on the forums again, its a waste of space on the forum members list for one thing, and it saves a lot of time and resources. Also there are lots of people that doesnt even have the ability to register on a forum due to parental restrictions and such (For those people with strict parents.)

I still think they should be made to register in order to post, to prevent spammers as OP mentioned, but the help and support page at least, should be made to allow unregistered people to view it and see if their questions have already been asked and solved for them.

I think what we need is a help and support section in an easy to find location that wont take any more then one or two clicks to find for unregistered people to view, that way if someone thats not registered happens to have a problem with the mod, they can come here, find the post, and see if their problem has already been posted and fixed. That way if an unregistered persons problem has already been fixed by someone else, they can take the measures to fix it for themselves and get back back on. If their problem happens to not be fixed, or they cant find any post on their problem, then they can register and leave a post about such a problem.

Its not a problem, and Zoop, I have also had similar problems with my old very outdated sound card, some systems loaded up perfect, but there were a few systems that kept crashing my computer until I actually did disable 3D sound, which of course fixed the problem. Now that I have a sound card thats a thousand times better, I dont have that problem even with 3D sound.

Try disabling 3D sound in the sound options, that usually fixes crashing problems such as that.

I'll tell you from personal experience, as well as experience of several of my friends, get rid of Zonelabs, it causes serious problems for several multiplayer games, and has crashed my computer numerous times before, until I figured out it was that, that was making my comp crash. When I removed it, my computer worked perfect afterwords, and my games worked just fine again. My advice if you want a good firewall/av/antispyware, get Kaspersky, its never let me down and I can still play all my online games.

I think we should stick with PC games for now, and when we have a much bigger community, we can then discus moving on to other platforms.

I also would love to help out Swat. I am very experienced with computers (Been tinkering with them since I was 5 years old), im also a fast learner. I have some experience with building/managing websites and forums. And last but not least, I am almost always online! I just thought Id point out that my grandpa is almost 87 and he still plays games, hes a hardcore MMORPG, and First Person Shooter gamer, and he occasionally plays fighting games like Dead or Alive, and Soul Calibur. His philosophy is, if you stay a kid/teen even when your an old man, you tend to live longer, and for being as old as he is, hes still very active. Id say he still has at least another decade or so of life in him.
