You know M8 I think we will get through this loss of the

i have seen some but not all the ships mentioned
there is some awesome looking orderships

had me drooling anyway

heres to hoping it is the server upgrade ( raises his glass)

i cannot wait for a fight with minimal or no lag

belive it or not it is run on a T1 connection
and a dedicated server purcashed and/or rented from a specialist company (i dont know the specs)

the reason it is offline or is not avialable is known only to the admin (as far as i am aware)

in fact i dont know why its offline but this happens from time to time perhaps on this occasion its for neccassary
maintaiance and or upgrades.

just sit tight and it will be back soon

usually i dont like to give creedance to squabbles no matter how important the subject

but i am making an acception only to say

ALL CROSS FIRE CLANS NEED TO BE VIGALANT

there is obviously a manevolant pressence in CF of late
whether it be officially sanctioned by the Admin or Sp
of NQ server or not, the fact still remains that the pressence afore mentioned is manevolant and does present a clear and present danger.

the thing that annoys me the most is why is it here at all
or for that matter exists in the first place.
I mean really, what is wrong are/were we having to much fun on our own? (this is real sarcasium < if thats how you spell it:: and it is meant to scathe; as is deserved, against the current malcontents and malicous pressense who/that are levelled against this server.

To the server that has given me fun, sence of belonging belonging and an oppertunity to indulge in my role play fantasys please become stronger and rebuke, rebuff and down right eliminate the present threat

to the admin of NQ:

1, Its in the intrest of the whole freelancer community to " Sort you house out", IF there is (and in this i cast no asspurtions, accusations or level any threats, challenges and/or draw any line in the sand) a force or faction targeting one or more CF clans or the server its self then it is bad for all concerned.

2, we are all after the same thing a good place to play our games so lets all do our best to facilate this (agian see braketed statement for 1.)

3, i am sure you are not part of any conspiracy of plan to hurt, damage or destroy CF

to the afore mentioned "malicous pressence"

1 give it up guys

2 Ask your selves the question "why will i go out to spoil others fun? also ask "what as, Boy scout, tanatos, New pol, Hubris, Hippogriff, Death_Scythe,
anglo saxon or the many more Nicks i could go onto mention done to me?

3 please (and on this i emplore you) go and play your own game on the server of you r choice

and i dont see why we cant do both as what we started to discuss here was basically "how do we improve pirate
blocade and counter blocade RP"
so even if the rules of engagement are similar it can only mean more big battles (that every1 seems to love)

but i do support working through the asf/csf problems
and i think runnig the big battles that we once had can only strenghten this server and make it more attractive
to new commers.

and if we have other RP that provides bigger battles
then all is the better

there is also the potential for pirate and police clans to fight each others blocades aswell not to mention police and trader clans and trader and pirate clans

so in time we may have the situation where these big battles can start a number of ways and its my opinion
that is exactly the kind of thing that will put CF as the best server to play on period.(but this is just one mans opinion so dont flame me if you disagree)

this is a good thing you have done gunny and CFPD
ther has been many requests to trade in custodian recently due to lack of good quick trade routes.
unfortunatly i have had to deny all such requests
hope noone is to pi**ed at me i am just doing my job

i like the idea for the out of system dock and respawn
it would allow the better team to dominate the battle

maybe to keep numbers equal we could adopt a tag team approach when out side system (when ther is to many for each or 1 team)
i.e. wait at sytem gate and when 1 of you team dies
the next player enters system.

also the frag limit could be set by team leaders to decide
winner and losers agree to 24hrs out of that system
this is very similar to asf/csf former role play

Well done LP for initiating the exellent RP in manchester
so many of us have enjoyed so much

after the big battle on fri eve (gmt) which i enjoyed so much i was speaking with amhos and we shared the
opinion that there needed to be some rules of engagement in that battle as it ended up a kill and respawn free for all with every1 docked at birmingham
enjoyable as this was its my opinion that some rules
or possibly aggrements between the 2 clans involved,
in this case LP and BG.

I dont know what thes rules or aggrements should be
but to improve the RP i think we could use some to help
facilitate a more level playing field. and thus improving the experiance for all involved.

in the case of the last battle which started as a LP blocade it ended up LP was swamped by enermys
while good for traders on the sol run maybe (the fighting aside) not so good for LP or at least not tha fair on them.

any opinions/ ideas for rules or a structure for aggrements please post here
