I can only think of 3 reasons why it would crash at this specific point
1. incompatible savegames
2. a shader option which does not fit your hardware
3. something is wrong with the installation (probably missing files)

if that does not work select a different shader on the launcher

I just released a small patch allowing borderless window to be moved on the screen.
For this you only have to press ALT+SPACE and select the move option. Now you can freely move the window using the arrow keys. Hit enter when done.
I think that is the most elegant way to have the benefits of borderless + the option to freely place the window.

I'm not sure about this one.
Never seen it before.
But maybe it is related to the money value you have. FL has an upper limit of money you can have and you are pretty much at that. Maybe this is blocking it.
