it seems Containers are either very popular to shoot down for fun or everyone is starting from scratch with their accounts.
Anyways since 3 days i try to make rep neutral with everyone which needs containers but everytime i see the containers at manhattan destroyed. since the admins and mods are not willing to restart the server (which is no big deal at all considering how many times the server crashed in the past lmao). and i need to check every hour the server if it restarted if i have luck or if i can wait another day...
Everyone now making new accounts or whats the deal? DSE Containers exist at Fort bush too but Police containers are quite a rarity. anyone know another place? or do i need to get online at 8AM, not go to my workplace, in the morning just to be sure i can start with rephack?
either way, not sure if i should laugh or cry

Path is the exe folder which contains (as you know) the launcher and the launcherupdater and all that stuff. seems to be correct.

like i said since yesterday/today the laptop has a fresh (with fresh i mean fresh formatted disk) win7 system with .net 4.5 problem persists. i tried to switch to ethernet, same result.
on pc it works fine but issue only appears on laptop... first i thought maybe the drivers have problems but i made sure i got the latest graphic driver & wlan adapter driver...

Restart already done. it only works when i open and close it for like 7-9 times. it seems the launcher is idling when certain conditions occur because it works fine on my main pc. sadly the log function doesn't say anything important because it basically says that it either starts or finishes but no error code whatsoever.
update: fresh win7 installed, same result.

As the title says, when i press the multiplayer button the launcher says "Starting update". i wait and wait and... nothing happens. 20-30 mins no matter. after some time the launcher closes himself hes like screw you i cannot work im going home
Would like to ask what could possibly be wrong. i have installed it on a fresh windows xp sp3 system with .net 4.0.
Btw: Launcher log says nothing but "Starting update".

Maybe this is not a good time to spread some negativity. I mean they try it hard, the fact that the beta phase will go long is well known. They need some support to accomplish this task. i criticize them too when necessary, maybe even too harsh looking back. It's a game from 2003, no source code released so they basically tamper around a timebomb.
in general i must say i really enjoyed the 2.0 update so far. only thing we could discuss here is if OP released the 2.0 too early even in this beta stage, or make a separate 2.0 server to play and test around (or... not. Op mentioned the worst case scenario where the server software got shrekt and cf 2.0 had to come.)
By the way: RIP Harddrive. But in my case it is the fan. shit is so loud when i play CF -
i was using two instances of FL on the same PC. One runs on the normal Windows system while the other runs in an isolated Sandboxie. the server said "you are kicked because multiboxing prohibited" but it didn't kick me O_o
i guess i better stay away from it, since it is against the rules.

Why is it prohibited? Does it damage the FL characters?
Just today i did it by accident because i have Sandboxie Installed but while i was at it i traded some stuff to my other acc.

Joining more than one clan would actually make the server more chaotic.

And besides all this. This issue should have been reported directly to GRs.The banking limit is there for a reason. Can you imagine that we played with a lot more players on the server without this feature? Do believe it or not - the game play was more lively. More interaction.
Forcing certain aspects of the game for a server with ~10 players online at the same time will make CF worse than discovery. it would work with ~80 people (as their server shows) but i cannot see any advantages with 10 people having this new forced aspect.

taxes? Showing up presence with a GR account there will prevent. that means, you will get less tickets and more free time just because of the fact that you are proactive.Or: actually punish insults when you get tickets (with proof). either way works out.
