    Sorry to throw my 2 pence worth in to...... well what seems to be a very enjoyable flame war to watch...... but, I would recommend to all ppl out there trying so hard to install OP's fantastic mod but failing for what ever reason, is that, maybe, at the end of every step of the installation (i.e. just finished installing FL or just installed CF into FLmm or just done first batch of downloadable updates through the CF launcher screen (repeat this part at least 2 times)), is to do a system re-boot at every step of the way.
    I had similar problem the first time I tried to install all (FL, Flmm, mod and launching in one quick install) without re-booting. Once I realised that that was my problem I was able to install and load CF up without any problems and have re-install all serveral times too, not only my own PC but on to others as well.

    Im not that far behind m8 :D started at the end of CF1.2 and have been here for every release that followed. There simply is no other mod out there that i personally feel is up to the high standards that OP and the SWAT have produced.
    Keep up the good work OP and i'll be here when CF1.8 get released :D

  • Vista - Tried it all!

    Windows 7 did have a codename..... although i have forgotten what it was going to be called originally. But from what i read in PC mags is that Microsoft have decided to make it easier for ppl to reconigse what OP system they are buying.
    All of this NT - ME - XP - Vista nameing is getting too much and for simple ppl out there (i.e. user who only want a PC to browse Net, E-Mail, E-bay and Porn :D). So this new OP-S will simply be known as Windows 7 to avoid confussing the above ppl. And the next OP-s due sometime in possibly 2012/13 will be Windows 8

    I recently got a brand new laptop with Vista pre-installed on it. I tried time and time again to get CF to work for me but no joy :(


    Then i found the ultimate solution to it......... Downgraded to XP and it works like a dream :D


    P.S. Vista sucks more than a £2000 prostitue is my personal view :D

    @ OP. So far they have screened 13 episode's of season 4. the first 10 are the one's that we saw early last year and 3 so far. Im guessing OP that you are upto the point where Galactica is over taken by Felix and Adarma + Saul were at an airlock making sure the President could escape to the basestar.
    Next episode should be downloadable on Saturday :)
