    To be honest - all this looks like just another clan with another set of rules - which more or less are very similar to all the other rules.


    Main thing is the new clan will allow people to follow the story line.


    But reserve rights to close etc depending if their PAID FOR system is abused etc - just like the rest of us.


    If another clan had asked to take Sol I reckon their rules would have been more or less the same.


    Good luck with it all and please contact me if you need help rectifying police abuse - which happens time to time.

    If we get lights - the cops are just gonna come up behind us, get out of their ships and SMASH the tail lights with their Tazer Lazers - then fine us for flying with damaged lights - I vote no.


    I hate to go on about this again - but is there any chance of making some of the existing ships more attractive to users in pvp?


    I know we have a whole lot of ships that are never used - is it possible to tweak these ever so slightly so they become more viable option?


    Credit to Marshall last night as I saw him flying a very rarely used ship.


    Also - as the Eagle has two diff skins - is it possible to give other ships diff skins? maybe downloaded as part of the launcher - so a uniquely skinned ship could be a rare find - exisiting on only one base and at only one time in the year sort of thing?

    In retaliation to Gunny's rudeness three brave LPs ambushed that cop as he was writing a speeding ticket to a Fallen in Vega.


    We had to manage with a 3v1 situation (I wanted at least a 5v1) and killed Gunny 2-3 times for tax evasion.


    He faught bravely and even defeated all 3 LPs once - one after the other without any injury to himself.


    Later renegade Lance joined Gunny and the balance turnned even more in the favour of the criminals.


    However, the brave LPs could safely say they managed to free that poor Fallen from CFPD tyranny and whilst Gunny was a short afk - the brave LPs did a runner and leaped out of Vega to the relative safety of X303.

    Sorry Canoso - I PM Gunny rather than start a thread on SWAT - but he decided to publish and I won't hold that against him.


    You have confirmed there was a rumour about me and that you have cleared them up - well as the subject of the rumour - true or not - no one has explained to me how it was cleared up =


    I would appreciate a PM on that - if you feel that would be acceptable.


    Following our recent guidelines I heard this new rumour and went straight to Gunny rather than post on SWAT, I believe that was an acceptable action from me under the current climate.


    Besides all this - I was back on the server last night and I will PM you/and Privvy something to take up for me on my behalf.

    Well I sense from the depth of feeling in between those words - this rumour is untrue.


    That's good as the entire universe knows Gunny is one of my role models here and I both love him and hate him in equal measures.


    When no one is looking - he has even said some kinds words to me.


    Came back online last night and checked my ships were parked in the same places I left them.


    I even single handidly repelled an invasion of Daedulus by a notorious pirate using only my wit and charm.

    I think OP said - as he has always said - a server clan can only do one main rp - otherwise it gets confusing.


    He has been consistent on that.


    But as Burro says = you can do other things


    And people should be flexible and stop talking about the rules "!!!!

    One idea to stop people smuggling


    Is to be online and get a cohort of cronies and kick their ass


    I genuinely believe this is the best way


    Another way is to fine them - and if they pay - they should be free to smuggle for a few hours.


    If the cops want to stop smuggling - then good luck - maybe they want to climb mount Everest first or maybe petition to remove all the BMGs from the server.


    If the cops want to restrict smuggling to people only carrying smuggling licenses - then maybe that is a discussion on the leader board with OPs guidance (if he has time or even cares about another change to rp rules)
