If you've played FreeLancer before...go to the Dublin system...and look for a Jump Gate that was not in the original FLer.....Then just fight your way through all the bad guys and try not to get lost in the void...you'll be just fine......

Clans policing their systems are more like militia not military, right? And as i've said about Mercs, They are not illigal unless they get Caught crossing that line....and as for being illegal in real society, well we all know that what's said up front and what's said behind closed doors differ quite a bit.....personally I believe it can be an Honarable perfession.....and Mercs do not JUST kill people...they perform as body guards and escorts (already mentioned here).....assasination is just a little different I think...but in the ballfield for us in CF....Still I don't think this is what Jtak had in mind...perhaps borders but not the topic.....

Yea...silly
as it seems I hate not to finish a job I take on....we all know that your rep take a hit if
you leave a job undone....so usually red tag or not I hang in there....Last night I looked
up to see everyone leaveing the server in a hurry.....I figured I had missed a server shut
down/reboot message so I logged off too......My rep is probably in the toilet now......but
what the heck...todays another day.....lol

sights during rocky times (red flags) on the server? ....Lord I don't mind a
challenge.....and believe me it is a challenge for us old foggies.....but just when you line
up a shot they teleport out of your gun sights......then you got some numskull yelling that
you've left the area (like I'm Elvis or something) and to get back in the area...(seems
like I was teleported that time)......It's down right destracting......It's sort of like
trying to hit nats with a baseball bat.......But look this is just a comment...not a
complaint....I'm sure it's hard enough for the OP to keep the Cross Fire servers from
coming unglued.....so (sniffle) thanks for hearing me out.....LOL [4]

You do know that DSL like the phone is regulated by how far you are in realtionship to
the phone sub-stations right? The further you are from them the slower your speeds are....If
your gettign 210, then consider yourself lucky....of course this doesn't mean that your ISP
isn't screwwing you, but it's just the michanics of the land....If I wanted to pay another
$17 dolars I could get a faster broadband connection...would it be any good for me? I have
no idea.....just don't want to fork out the extra bucks.... [4] [13]

base here but isn't 1.57 an update to 1.56? Meaning that without 1.56 already installed
first....then 1.57 will not do anything? Order of install is...
1. Install
1.56
2. Insatll 1.57 patch
3. Install SP modI think this is right but
