dunno why it said this, there weren't any outcasts there, and when i dock it says"shield de-activated"
that is not a bug. as argos said, OP would have to get some1 to do new voices (and he isnt going to do that)
and ur shield deactivates so u can dock, if it stayed up, u chouldnt get out of ur ship

the Yamato holoprojector basically does nothing for u/ur ship.
it is just eye candy! i saw Inferno try it out yesterday. he said that he could not "see" himself. i think he means that he could not see the Yamato hologram from his ship.
but i guess if thats the case....u can buy it to show urself off -
