I made it in for 5 minutes. Using 1 server isn't exactly smart, 4 at the minimum.

Yep, login so far has been a total catastrophic failure. Had some extra time today to grind for the fleet, but it will have to wait until login is possible.

Nice stuff. Would be cool if they would add more decks or balance the decks in accordance to the class ship you choose. Not suggesting 24 decks as some Cruisers have, but a few more with good functionality would be spot on. Currently we can use rommy ships lounge for fleet meetings as they are big enough, but the one's on the feds are pathetic.

I am usually online closer to your time frame, so check your social area and see if I am around. I am usually in the Tau Dewa / Dyson Sphere / New Romulus sectors or on the Fleet Starbase. I have a ton of equipment I can assist you with and some basic "do's & don't" check list from my experiences.

You need to get into your bios and set the voltages for your i3 to specs. Look at your CPU settings on your motherboard via BIOS and see if they are what Intel has spec'd out on their site. That's your first starting point. Voltages are always about 15% less than what they are supposed to be to conserve energy. You can also verify the specs here... ARK | Intel® Core™ i3-330M Processor (3M Cache, 2.13 GHz)
Most boards have the clock speed set to 333mhz as that is the standard, you need to increase it to 400mhz which is the natural state. Do those two things in the bios and you will see a big difference without cooking your processor or motherboard.

I have to agree with Op on this. It would seem since we use Anti-proton weps on the ground, it would negate any crit/dmg buff we aquire through the Omega rep system. Meanwhile the Voth rep system offers a Tier 1 buff of the same value for ground combat. So by basic logic, the tribble is purple and fuzzy, thats it.

Not trying to be rude, but latency has zippo to do with the artifacts some are experiencing. Most of the time it's because the drivers are not updated / bios is over-riding the video card software settings / RAM timing is not set correctly in the bios ( set RAM timing manually according to the RAM manufacturers specs )/ Memory is being absorbed by additional processes / resolution is too high or too low / Anti-Aliasing is set too high / Vertical sync is on / Texture distance is set too deep / DX is not the right version. Server side graphics and details are static, so if User's are experiencing issues , 99.99999999999999% of the time, it's on the User's end.
It may be time to slightly over-clock your GPU as they are all under clocked anyway . Other factors can be the processor isn't timed properly as well. I would be more than happy to assist anyone with this if I can get certain information.
Motherboard type / model
Processor type
Video card type / ram amount
RAM type / latency settings -
nice design, still inline with Star Trek, but I guess the question would be, what is the performance of the ship?

I was just given more information. It seems you think I wanted a council in order to vote you out? That's seriously pathetic. I had no idea that a council could or would do that in the first place and as I stated earlier, I only brought up the idea based on what the other founding members stated was the original intent.

Op
I was informed today by a variety of STO members, that I was the cause of the problems in the meeting yesterday according to you. I was also informed that you decided to accuse me of causing the problems on CF.
I'm going to tell you like it is. My suggestion yesterday was merely what the other founders conveyed to me, that all were supposed to have an equal seat at the table. So that's nothing new and hardly the issue you are having with the fleet. The members all voiced their concerns and you chose not to listen to one of them, but that's your decision.
However when it comes to me and you making claims that are outrageous ( such as me creating the meeting argument yesterday ) is completely absurd. I have made it a point to not publicize my opinions , but you make it a point to publicly accuse me of something I had little to do with, other than making a motion to the fleet. I'm not sure what's wrong with you, but you and you alone, have alienated many folks that would gladly participate in your ventures on SWAT.
I am quite guilty of many things in the past, that's true. But I came to STO to have a good time and enjoy playing with the others from CF and different games. I have contributed to the maximum of my ability since being in the fleet and did so with great pleasure to help advance the fleet along. In return I was granted promotions, all well appreciated. However when I make a suggestion, based on facts from the others, I suddenly become your adversary?
Husker voices his opinion and he is the enemy?

Agreed, not enough information, but as long as the story-line & "adventure" is captivating then it should work. Maybe once you enter the sector/system the player is "stuck" there for a period of time? Say a week or must complete a number of missions in order to return.

How many of you are paying the monthly subscription and is it worth it?

I fail to see the point of the discussion here. All three games are vastly different and offer unique interactions on a variety of levels. CF is the best mod to improve FL by any sense of the word and offers a straight forward game play that many of us old vets enjoy. Why? Because we appreciate accomplishment rather than "looks", along with the instant action unlike most other games.

So you're all grown up now?

Did I just get the feeling that I am working for Op again?
@Rex: For some reason M doesn't trust my ship being within range of his.... now why would he feel that way?
-
@gunnyd17 would be correct.
Kemal Reis is the guy in the seat.
