what i just have realized is that mass pvp almost always results from RP, see pirates vs cops, the beginning is one tax or fine and of course both parties refuse to do so, they commit long-term pvp fights because neither of both are to leave the pvp ground / system (reason might also that cops / pirates dont let go) which is fatale for good RP'ing

to get things straight: RP causing me and opponent into a fight (e.g. taxing) = PvP isnt it? some wise guy wanted to tell me, that he just defended cause i attacked him, but this is PvP imho ?
and the Lt.Col. just made some cargo scans on miscellaneous pilots, everythings legal by now -
well, i had some reloading guys just a few min ago... and what did i do? i simply killed those guys and taught them a lesson!... but it's gunny decision - whatevs.
