I am speaking for all the SP when I make this statement.
When a player comes to us and files a complaint or concern about another player, we must investigate the matter in it's entirety.
A SP investigation does not mean a player is guilty of anything, it simply means we are gathering the evidence to see if an infraction really has taken place.
When the SP are doing an investigation, do not make it a personal mission to be rude, call your clan mates names, or insult other players, because it will not make your case go away or sway or opinion.
Even if WE KNOW the player being accussed is innocent, we must STILL do a proper investigation in the spirit of fairness and proper treatment.
So don't argue your point with us, or get angry, we are simply doing our jobs.
