Because it makes absolutely no sense to update the mod everytime a new reshade version is released, especially when there are no features that could be used in FL compared to previous reshade versions.
The sweetfx options exist for compatibility and performance reasons. The implementation of sweetfx is slightly different compared to reshade and certain hardware can use it much better than newer reshade versions.
Also since Windows 10 build 1803 the directx framework was changed twice. One of these changes included a structural update to the render instructions when the RTX code was included to the dx12 instruction sets. This resulted in an incompatibility depending on which Windows version players are using. Therefore we offer multiple options instead of just one.
Options exist for people to use what is best for their needs. I think we provided plenty of options, including a modern reshade version.
