goto the Coalition stations in Altair and listen to the rumours there. they will give u info on what to do:)

just dont do it till 1.62 comes out Altair is still off limits

1. you read the tet in "blackbox"
2. you will know what you have to do next
3. DONT enter Altair at the moment, cause its forbidden until 1.62 is out
