[extrabox] At stardate 90651.47 high representatives of the Klingon High Council met with our Fleet Command on the newly restructured Phoenix Starbase close to the Neutral Zone to discuss future battleplans against the Borg threat.[/extrabox] [extrabox]
[extrabox] The Klingon High Counsil announced at stardate 90968.29, at the First City of Qo'nos, a pact with the Phoenix Legion to establish a Klingon Division of the Legion and the construction of a Defense Starbase at the Klingon side of the Neutral Zone.[/extrabox] [extrabox]

[extrabox] Both fleets are supposed to cooperate and defend the entire sector block aswell as the nearby sectors. One of the main objectives is to protect the Tau Dewa systems. Reports indicate that the Tal'Shiar and Tholians run secret operations which might disturb the re-establishment of a Romulan homeworld. The Phoenix Legion has established an Embassy on New Rolumus some months ago and soon the final constructions reach their completion.[/extrabox] [extrabox]
