capi3101 has announced that the first draft and "principal editing" of his Wing Commander RPG was completed this week. This means that the hundreds of planned game mechanics, detailed rules and character profiles have all been written. That's not to say that everything will remain totally unchanged from this point forward - capi is now working out how to execute an efficient proofreading of it all, and there will be some valuable playtesting soon.
