Well, from that video you could say that the bigger one is the bully (as how it usually happens with older people), but that's not a rule for kids (as they don't think about secondary effects of their actions), they just bully if they feel like so, in this case, no matter the other guy is twice than him and that even if hes fat, he may still have more muscles than him, the small one still bullies him. If you listen carefully, you can also hear what he says to the bigger one.

But on the 2nd video, c'mon, who'd believe that the kid with a piercing on the eyebrow and a hair tail (however it's called that lil bunch of hair at the back of the head that is normal "show off" for "smart asses"), has too much and is actually the victim, where he didn't deny he will stop bullying, and said that he's not sorry, cus he had a real reason for it, that the other one pushed him (so he didn't get hit as he says at the beggining, getting pushed is not "he stroke me first").

It's actually his father standing up for him, to avoid his boy's future get totally ruined... I'm actually sorry for him (well, both parents)... as he even gets to cry... he's right afterall, it went too far against his son, just a bully not a criminal (yet).
