The Sirius Federal Courts, in conjunction with Kusari State Authorities have issued a warrant of arrest for (IOC)Road_Runner aka Horus aka Wings of Mercury and any of his chars. This pilot aside from smuggling, has been witnessed and recorded using teleporting technology that has been outlawed in all Houses. He uses this technology in order to flee arrest.
He is prefered alive, however dead, in a billion pieces of debris, with no remains of his body or parts is also acceptable.
Teleportation devices have been outlawed due to the temperal instability they create for other pilots vessels.
A copy of his death is required for the warrant to be served.
