    You need to create channel in team speak client, and you'll automatically be an admin of that channel, if i'm correct...

    thnx that helped ..i have made a channel but its not with the other clans its right at the bottom lol any ideas how to move it ?

    oh, i see what you mean... Well, dunno... Since i have never tried to make one for clans, sry that i can't help with that...

    Only a TS-Server Admin can create a new permanent channel and bring it to the right place. So we stay at robbers first question :)
