the development will be done on the internal CF dev boards
For CF1.8 and CF1.9 we mainly created a client version and out of that we have build a server version (which took several weeks aditionally)
As the server version of CF1.9 is not 100% complete the work on this will have to be finished before we start putting the first pieces of CF 2.0 together.
For CF2.0 we change the creation procedure as the CF1.9 server version is damn complex and creating something again for CF2.0 will cost too much time with the risk that at some point we do a mistake.
Thats why the client version of Crossfire 2.0 and its server version will be build at the same time.
That for sure means that everything we do will have to be applied to 2 mod versions (which also is very time consuming) but we will achieve 100% compatibility between the 2 versions from the beginning.
It also will mean that we can apply the new changes directly into the LRK on the server side and wont waste time building a new one.
