I just decided to look around a bit, check out the portal and random stuffs...
I went to the general discussions section and saw a whole lot of CF related stuff here. As OP said, the majority of CF related things should be posted in the CF forum.
This is the amount of CF stuff posted on the SWAT general discussions secton when they should have been in the CROSSFIRE general discussions.

All of these threads have been moved to the Crossfire General Discussions....
