Just finished reinstalling step by step EXACTLY as recommended.
Thing is, I clikc on the freelancer icon on my desktop as usual, and the FLModLauncher starts...and "downloading patch rules" EVERYTIME I try to play.
Already found here that its normal, that launching the mod launcher isnt necessary....but I just cant do it another way 
Wheres the "fl.exe" file? just want to launch CF right away and skip mod launcher, already even tried searching the file on my HD...but nothing....whats wrong?

You must wait, everyone must wait.. Game is programmed to downdoad patch and rules every time you run Launcher to do it..
And anyways.. Duration of it is 10-20 sec.
So, waiting 10 sec is too much to play awesome game online? no.

Do not skip the launcher.

Those patch are essential, you can't avoid them. They're what permits the dynamic economy of the server. If you ever manage to connect without them you risk being kicked from the server has a cheater or even crash the server.

i realy hope that he won´t be able to conect - we are calling the installation you try to use a corrupt one - which is crashing the server too btw.
I suggest not to answer this guy (and others) anymore related to any questions around FL installation insides - better leave that to OP if neccessary.
