Hey there. I followed every step of the installation guide but I have a problem: I start the game using the launcher, starting Singleplayer mode. Then I get to the main menu and want to start a new game using the "Crossfire Singleplayer"-Button, but then the game suddenly crashes and throws me back to the desktop leaving me with the usual "Freelancer encountered a critical error blahblahblah Send, Don't send"-Microsoft stuff. Please help me.
