the problem is similar to this one Can't Launch but i don't get any EULA (even if this is the problem i don't get any EULA confirm anywhere )
my freelancer is runing perfectly with no cf mod
but wet i pres launch cf multyplayer it gos away and do nothing ><
if anyone can help me 
deactivate the mod, unistall FL clean ur comp, cache temp files everything, reinstall FL an then activate CF...that worked for me but i still cant get online with it but i can play single player

Make sure your not using FLMM 1.4 if you are uninstall it ALL again, and then try again using FLMM 1.3

Which OS system u use and do u have other mods installed?
Believe me it's always matter of bad installation.Put some efforts to install CF mod and u will receive double pleasure later.

1)Really uninstall all and clean ur registry base.If u do not now how to do this manually, then use some of free progs, u have plenty of them:CC cleaner, reg cure, Registry cleaner and so on...

and switch off ur AV and Firewall during installation, if u use this app.U can set up ur AV and firewall rules later.

i did complete windows reinstall wen there was not antifirus and no firewall
the same problem !
btw there are 2 mod folders 1 in mod magager and 1 in freelancer folder
wich of them i must use
and this gude do not help at all cuz my problem is not there
