Error trying to run Crossfire

I get "Freelancer has stopped working and needs to close" and "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) Click ok to terminate the application, after I activate Crossfire 1.7 in FLMM 1.31 and try to run Freelancer. I can run Freelancer without any mods activated also and with other mods activated. Freelancer is a fresh install and Version 1.0, I am running Vista Home Premium and I have undone read only attributes on all files relating to crossfire and freelancer, tried to run in compatibility mode for Win xp sp2 and no luck, any idea?

Update

Never mind, Crisis Adverted, come to find out the installer made the Directory one mod folder to deep, it put it in FLMM/Mods/Crossfire/Mods/Crossfire 1.70, I instead moved it to FLMM/Mods/Crossfire.1.7 and its working. of course FLMM is abbreviated for our convenience.

Not sure, think it was my fault somehow, anyways I have another issue, i'm runing vista 32 home premium, and i can't connect, It says, "I'm sorry but a connection could not be established to that server, This is usually caused by a server going offline when you attempted to connect to it, It may also be caused by internet problems, please try again later" i was able to connect once after trying about 5 times, but i can't connect again since, I've uninstalled my AV, turned off my Firewall, disabled ipv6 and ran the ports through my router, it still won't connect, any idea would be helpful cause I'm stumped.

Actually I think I fixed it, or rather it fixed itself, my wireless card has a habit of not liking an updated driver my computer wants to install for it, somehow it did update and wasn't acting right, so I restarted and un-installed the updated driver and restarted again and now the game connects, not sure why, how or even when I did something to make it work but I did, it seems that so far, If I have a problem, i'll just post it here and it will somehow work itself out, either with me fudging with it or by itself;
