Hello all! A friend of mine and I decided to re-open freelancer after umm.. several years, and really enjoyed it. We want to get a few friends joining in on a private server and start playing regularly so we have been checking out a few mods to add to the game. At first, we tried Discovery Mod and it was great, but when I died in game and 'respawned' with everything I died with, it was a disappointment. We like the 'it hurts' death in games. The only other option was to 'create a new char'.. well, it shouldn't hurt that much. What I was wondering is, that since you guys are more up with the MOD community of freelancer than of course we are, possibly you could suggest a mod or 'combination thereof' that can accomodate these two features.
1) Death - lose ship and items, but not money.
2) Hanger to store items. (not necessary but nice).
I couldn't find a good 'feature list' on this forum of crossfire Mod. So not even sure how they handle death and personal equipment at all. But anyways, if you can help, thanks.
