I had the same problem, common.dll error, so I downloaded the mod a 2nd time, and both d/l's are 195 MB (205,377,700 bytes). As stated in another post, I had some serious crashes until I did an online upgrade for DirectX and I've not had the common.dll error since, although it has crashed to the desktop a couple of times, but deleting the autosave via FLMM resolved that.

after installing new drivers, download newest dx version and install it.

Afaik correct. But transfer the files manually wont work because of the FLMM script...

u r doing something wrong... u should reinstall everything as stated in the manual.

for ur cf issues u should use this. just follow the instructions to the end.
