you mean the power upgrade generators?.....try mounting it at the equipment dealer at the station

That's the point, they won't install/mount, they simply load as cargo.

enter equipment room -> select internal equipment [or was it external] and press the small blue icon on the top left of the generator's icon/image

Thank you magnet, works now, never knew about that before, and I've played FL since it was released.
And using CF has definitely improved my outlook on the game.

u shouldn't use those on trains, gunboats or bts, btw... bigger ships have unlimited power supply and by putting it on u will just mess things up.
