List of all Prisons

Everyone keeps asking for this list or that......shortcuts to learning the joy of CF. I offer this advise, if you don't explore and know the systems pretty well....then you will have absolutely NO CHANCE to evade the pirates who will be tracking your movements!!!!

BTW: If you ask any experienced CF player ingame, you will probably get pointed in the right direction for whatever goal you are trying to accomplish at the moment

I suggest you go ahead and go MP.. I have never played SP Freelancer or SP Crossfire.. just jumped right into MP.. and I've never done a mission. (the 2nd ranked CF player ever never did any missions either!)

I haven't had any problems finding my way around or getting help from other players in MP. Everyone is very helpful to newbies.. I think it's a Crossfire tradition!

So go ahead with MP.. you'll get more action (and more in-game help) that way.. happy flying!

This tells me you have not very much experience with Freelancer in general. Even a mod newbie who has played FL knows that reputation management with NPC factions is a key element of the game. if you are going to enter the X system in SP game, you need to be at least neutral with the dominant factions there, or they will eat your lunch [11]

And I use my gamepad (Nostromo N50) continuously; in fact, I doubt I could play without it anymore

Well, I can only speak for the Nostromo, since different devices has their own operating scheme, but the N50 & N52 have programmable keys, which you set to match you FLPerfOptions key settings in FL. i play now singleplayer
and i think its unfair to say " ask in multyplayer"
it feel that this is youre universal super ansver of everything
why have we this forum when we can ask in multplayer?

i personaly live from prisons
and i have found only ONE in the hole time i play freelancer and that is in texas
texas is in liberty and there hate my all
if you can say only one in each "land"
would i be happy whit my 70 seargants

actually there r two prisons in TX

and yes - they r listed. but not like "click this link to see all the prisons, receive alot of money and make someone else do ur laundry" <- oh I could go for that one^^

man, do u really have trouble finding tx prisons? my 8yo sistem found them while playing... they r not even hidden in a cloud, asteroid field or anything alike.

i hope u get ur grip and find them on ur own.
