On the top of magabuilding (terrace of the Dark Matter club), in Japantown. You can access this place when doying side missions related to Kerry Eurodyne. If you want to look on Mega City from the high, this is one from the best places for it.

    • Currently on my second playthrough :) ... first run was as Nomad, now as Street Kid. I like this game despite its flaws and very basic implementation of some mechanisms which are in game now. My "V" now is on lvl 46 (max is 50).
