Simple Mod 3.0

Here's something simple for people who love FreeLancer and would like to improve it, but do not have the tools/background to hack files. It's just a "little" cheat (except for a couple of weapons tweaks) because I wanted to preserve, to a certain degree, the integrity of the game. These are replacement files ready to go and they do not modify game behavior or ship performance.
