Hovis Hack 1.0

Activate this mod to let Freelancer think you defeated Hovis. You *must* do the race but you don't have to win it. If you lose, you wil still advance to the next mission. Credits goto the person who found out how to "hack" the INI file. I forgot his name and can't find it on the forums anymore.
